Designing a custom piece of jewellery is a journey—one that blends your story with our craftsmanship. Whether you arrive with a fully formed vision or only the spark of an idea, we work closely with you to create something that’s uniquely yours. Every stage is handled in-house, combining traditional bench skills with modern CAD technology to ensure precision, beauty, and durability.

Our Custom Jewellery Process

  • We begin with a personal conversation—learning about your style, how the piece will be worn, and the materials you love. We love when our clients bring in inspiration images to help us understand your personal sense of style.

  • Using sketches and advanced CAD design software, we create detailed visuals so you can see your piece before it’s made. This allows for adjustments to proportions, gemstone selection, and metal choice, ensuring every detail feels right.

    But the best part of this process is you can try on your jewellery in a 3D printed form, allowing you to better experience your design before it is built out of precious metals.

  • Once you have found the design you love, we bring it to life in our Australian workshop. We blend time-honoured handcrafting techniques with modern precision to produce a piece that’s as strong as it is beautiful.

  • Your finished jewellery is presented in a keepsake box, and ready to be worn, styled, and loved.

  • Jewellery Manufacturing

    We’re not a retailer—we’re a jewellery manufacturer. Every piece is crafted in-house with complete creative control and a focus on long-lasting quality. We also utilise advanced CAD technology to bring jewellery designs to life, allowing precise visualisation and refinement before production begins.

  • Remodes, Repairs & Resizing

    We give old pieces new life while respecting their history. From subtle updates to complete redesigns, we create jewellery that feels like you.
    We also handle trusted repairs—broken clasps, missing stones, worn settings—so your pieces can be worn with confidence.

  • Cleaning & Maintenance

    Keep your jewellery looking its best with professional cleaning, polishing, and inspections.
    We recommend a professional clean every 6–12 month, checking settings and prongs annually, and polishing for scratched or dull surfaces as needed.
